1. Digital Products (General Policy)

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access delivery, all sales are considered final.

Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, we are generally unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

All such requests must be submitted with sufficient detail for review.

Approval is not guaranteed.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Some purchases may be processed through third-party platforms (such as Payhip or similar providers).

Refund eligibility may also be subject to the policies of those platforms in addition to this Refund Policy.

5. Digital Access Delivery

All products are delivered electronically.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure:

• They have a valid email address
• Their device can access digital files or platforms
• They can receive and open download links or materials

Failure to access content due to user-side issues does not qualify for a refund.

6. Chargebacks

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

• Revocation of access to purchased products
• Restriction from future purchases
